Automotive and Energy Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) at Oakland University in Rochester, MI The 10-week summer AERIM Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program at Oakland University (OU) provides opportunities for 10 motivated, talented undergraduate students to work in teams on automotive and energy-related research projects in mechanical engineering. Special focus on internal combustion engines, fuels, automotive manufacturing processes, automotive materials, alternative propulsion systems, batteries, and energy. All REU participants will receive a $5,000 stipend, a meal allowance, travel allowance to offset the costs of travel to OU, and free on-campus housing(if in-person).
