Energize your Ph.D. Dissertation with World-class Scientific Power Extended Research Residencies at DOE National Laboratories The SCGSR program provides supplemental awards to U.S. graduate students to pursue part of their graduate thesis research working side by side with science and engineering experts at a DOE laboratory or facility.
