CALL FOR PROPOSALS

 

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH DAY will be Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., at the Thurman White Forum Building, 1704 Asp Avenue, University of Oklahoma.

 

 

What is URD? 

• Undergraduate Research Day is an annual event for undergraduate students to present their research and creative works in a formal conference setting. OU students from all fields and disciplines are invited to participate!

• Students will give presentations of 12-14 minutes in length, which can include visual or multimedia support. Live performances of creative works are also welcome.  

• All sessions will include two judges and all presenters are eligible for cash prizes. 

 

Who can participate?

• All undergraduate students at OU are eligible. You do not need to be a member of the Honors College to participate. 

• Students who have received Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program grants are required to present before they graduate. 

 

How to apply: 

• Applications are submitted online and are due Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 4PM. After the applications are reviewed, the Honors College will notify presenters of the panel and presentation time.
